Kapitza Lyceum was set up at the former Phystech Lyceum No. 11 in Dolgoprudny and opened in 2014 as a regional educational institution. MSU-1 GC is continuing constructing a modern educational facility on the grounds of the Lyceum.
To date, the Company has completed an academic building for 425 students, which opened in September 2022, while the 200-bed residence hall and children’s technology park will welcome students in February 2024. With the new buildings, the Lyceum will be able to admit more students. In May 2021, Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, and Lyceum students laid a time capsule in a concrete block to be opened by future students in 2051. The container with the capsule was laid on the grounds of the future technology park, and the place was marked.
